I work at Morgan's International Realty, helping people from the tech world buy, sell and invest in property here, whether that's a first home after moving to Dubai or something bigger after an exit.

Before real estate I trained and worked as a mechanical engineer, and I'm now doing an MSc in AI and Computer Science. I like to keep things practical: real numbers, honest trade-offs.

I'm currently running After the Exit, a short anonymous survey on how founders and operators in the UAE think about wealth, home and property. It takes about three minutes, and everyone who takes part gets the final report.
